The movie opens with a man filming himself playing with his penis in a tub and gets into a "bizarre" yoga pose. The camera then shifts to a sex therapist having sex but apparently she has never had an orgasm. Soon you are introduced to a underground NYC phantasorgasmic carnal nightclub.
