The Wackness

A wacky movie about a teenage drug dealer, Luke (Josh Peck),who sells weed to his psychiatrist (Ben Kingsley) in exchange for therapy. But when he falls for the good doctors step daughter (Olivia Thirlby), things get even more wacky in this flat "romady".

War, Inc.

The film shows a future where corporations run nation with their private armies and hidden agendas. Unfortunately the director's hidden agenda was to bore us with this political satire.

You Kill Me

Frank (Ben Kingsley) is a hitman with a drinking problem. When it starts to get in the way of his job, his family decides to banish him to California. Shakily he stops being a staggering drunk, holds a job at a funeral parlor and promptly falls for Téa Leoni. But being in love and in the mafia at the same is never easy...

The storyline is scrappy and is scaffolded by an even shittier script. In spite of that the film never has you reaching for the off button but neither does it leave you satisfied.

Lucky Number Slevin

Seeing this movie is akin to watching a jigsaw puzzle being solved. A very cool and edgy flick with the director trying very hard to be Quentin Tarantino. Reminded me again of the reason I like Mr. Freeman. His voice. Though thats just me. Bruce Willis plays the cool headed world famous assassin with aplomb.

When the movie ended I thought that it indeed was a tight flick but after thinking about it for a while I realized that it reminded me of Being Cyrus and I give higher points to that film for shock value.
